Our unique space allows flexibility for all of life’s special moments. Birthdays, entertaining business clients, anniversaries and school functions are just some of the events this space can host.  The Sanctuary accommodates 150-180 guests seated depending on your type of event. We can have 230 guests for a cocktail table reception. Our ballroom is perfect for smaller more intimate events as well.

We have a preferred caterers list that can provide flexibility with your menu style and selections, allowing you to plan your reception and catering services all in one convenient location. We also allow Outside caterers if you prefer and would love to help you with securing everything you need to create the perfect event.

Our two-level space overlooks the stage and first level, making it an inclusive space for your entire group. The Betina Room is our private space on the second floor, which can be used for more intimate gatherings, business meetings or as a hospitality suite for your event.

The Sanctuary has hosted Awards banquets for the McKinney High Schools, Several Proms, Bible studies, Non-Profit events, Church events, Graduation Parties, significant birthday parties and Conferences. If you can imagine it, we can plan it!  We sincerely want to be a part of making your vision come to life.
